If you want to be told you can bring in your old defective Iphone 5 for repair, to arrive at the store to be then told you have to set up an appointment for tomorrow and come back then this is your place. If you want to be treated like you are insignificant by management this is the place to go. If you want them to activate your new Iphone 6 Plus on the wrong line of your phone plan and not be able to fix it correctly this is the store for you. If you want a broken, previously used, open box Iphone 6 Plus sold to you as «New» this is the store for you. I have had my share of bad experiences but this is the first time I have been treated badly enough that I felt it my duty to warn others.
